We set out to finish a 194-unit high-rise without losing track of a single checklist item. The software came after.
Synergy Construction Group is a general contractor. On our Hoffman Estates build, we had four floors, 194 units, six unit types, and dozens of trades — each with their own rough-in, finish, and inspection-prep scope to sign off. Tracking it all in spreadsheets meant someone was always chasing a superintendent for an answer that should have been obvious.
So we built DEEPSTRUCT: a QR code on every unit, a checklist a trade can sign off from their phone, and a dashboard that updates the moment they do. No new app to install, no training session — if you can scan a code, you can use it.
It's been running on our own job site since day one. Every screen you've seen in the demo is the same one our subs and PMs use every day — not a prototype built to look good on a call.
