A QR code on every door. Your subs sign off their own scope from their phone — no app, no login, no training. The dashboard updates the second they do.
On a multifamily build the real state of the job lives in four places at once — a super's notebook, a group text, a spreadsheet someone updates on Fridays, and a sub's memory. None of them agree, and the disagreement surfaces at inspection, when fixing it costs the most.
This is the real product running against a demonstration project. Northgate Commons is not a real job — the numbers are invented, and nothing you do here touches anyone's data.
Screenshots of the live product on sample data. Northgate Commons is an invented 200-unit project — we don't publish a real client's address, their subs, or their people.
Every assumption below is yours, not ours. Put in your own rework costs and your own catch rate — if the number that comes out isn't worth a conversation, don't book one.
Synergy Construction Group is a general contractor. We had four floors, 194 units, thirteen unit types and dozens of trades — each with their own rough-in, finish and inspection-prep scope. We built DEEPSTRUCT because nothing we could buy tracked work at the unit level without charging us per sub.
It has run on our own job since day one. The screens on this page are the screens our supers and PMs use, not a version dressed up for a sales call.
If you already own a project-management platform, this is not a replacement decision. Those tools run your contracts, RFIs and submittals. Neither was built to track a checklist item per trade per unit across two hundred doors — and both charge by the seat, which is exactly backwards when the people you most need in the system are your subs.
Not per seat, not per project. Put every active build and every office user in one account — and never pay a cent for a subcontractor, because charging for the people who do the signing off is how a tracking system ends up untracked.
Software that needs configuring before it helps you doesn't get configured. So the first building is on us — done by the people who built the thing, before your team logs in.
We'll run your actual building through it on the call. If it doesn't fit how you work, we'll say so — we're a GC before we're a vendor.
